Every time I’m heading to new places, I open my Instagram to do some research on the restaurant and coffee supply of the area. What’s captured in those square shaped pictures is delicious looking dishes one after the other. While browsing through them I might spot an avocado toast too yummy looking to miss or something else that simply cathces my eye. That something isn’t always the food though – sometimes it can be the interior of the place.
That was exactly what happened in Nyc while I was there. There was this picture popping on to my screen, all white corner with a cute little mosaic covered table and mosaic floors. It looked so cute I knew I had to go there. After getting over with my excitement about the adorable interior, I changed my focus to the food: pastries, coffee and macarons in every color of the rainbow. Yes, I should definitely go there.
And so we ended up in Woops! Bakeshop.
And it sure was perfection even outside the picture. Must be the cutest coffeeshop – or bakeshop – I’ve visited. I could’ve stayed for hours, sipping on my latte and tasting all the different coloured macarons one at a time. I wish we would have cafeterias like this in Stockholm. If we had, that would definitely become my new favourite office away from home.
If you’re wondering why the heck am I wearing my sunglasses inside. There’s two reasons: no makeup & bags under my eyes after a busy week in Nyc.
