Free printables: the Chapter Friday Goal Sheets 2017
How are your New Year’s resolutions going so far? Making them is easy, sticking to them is the hardest part. And even if you failed some already (did someone say something about eating fewer carbs?), it’s not too late to start over again and becoming the best version of yourself possible.
Just like last year, we’ve made a couple of kick ass goal sheets for you. Because that’s exactly what you’re going to do this year. You’re going to make things happen. How? By turning your big dreams into goals. And breaking goals down into practical steps. Knowing that small changes make big differences.
All you have to do is print the goal sheets below and start writing (and yes, you may certainly poor yourself a glass of wine while doing so). Let me walk you through these sheets:
The happy list
What makes your life worth living? Think of the things that make you the happiest girl in the world. What brings you joy, satisfaction, and engagement? The most of us only have a vague idea of what we want out of life and what makes us happy. Filling in the happy monitor (see below) is a great way of realizing what sparkles joy, what doesn’t and what happy moments should happen more often. That brings us to the second sheet: it’s a good preparation for making new, realistic resolutions.
What are your goals?
It’s time to set your goals for 2017. Some fun, some serious. Where do you want to save up for, this year? What do you want to try and what do you want to learn? Making concrete actions will boost your happiness instantly.
Keeping it real
Last but not least: keep. it. real. Chasing your dreams is something beautiful, but make sure you do it in a mindful way. How? By keeping track of your days. We live our lives at breakneck speed because we can and we feel we have to keep up. According to stress coach Noortje, a great way of checking in on yourself is by running through the three elements. Every day should contain something useful, something fun and something relaxing. Dropping one of these elements for a longer period of time will make you feel miserable.
Oh and, ehhh. It’s not a secret that relaxing is the hardest part of the three elements. Try and find activities each day that makes you feel relaxed. Drinking beers or wine with your friends is not relaxing, by the way. It’s fun. It takes a lot of energy and people tend to act somewhat more cheerful than they really are.
We’d love to see your goals and steps to action! Share them with us on Instagram with #chapterfridaygoals.
